So, An exit ticket is a formative assessment tool used at the end of a lesson or class session to gather feedback from students about their understanding of the material covered. Effective leadership directly impacts teaching and learning. As an apprentice, I’m granted several opportunities to coach our tier 2 leaders. We recently conducted another workshop with school leaders from Rangareddy district, providing them training on various aspects of instructional leadership. We introduced effective observation techniques and feedback tools which will help them support their teachers. 📝👩🏫 Additionally, we also encouraged principals to create a culture of encouragement and appreciation by celebrating good classroom practices of teachers in order to create an inclusive and safe learning environment. Implementing equitable strategies in class not only supports and motivates teachers but also cultivates a positive and safe culture in the school. 🙌 As professionals working in education, how do you keep teachers/or yourself motivated?
