Today's post on team values. Here's the second value from my #CustomerSuccess team at Highfive technologies (back in the day)
Value 2: We are a great team. We believe that acting as a great team not only leads to the best results, it also creates the best personal experiences. So we strive to be the best team you’ve ever been part of. Here are key elements of being a great team...
#Collaboration - We work together to solve problems, not in isolation. We share ideas and expertise. We make it easy to contribute to others’ efforts, and to ask for help. Various teams (CSMs, Support, Programs, etc.) share information and processes in an effort to optimize outcomes and customer experience.
#Transparency - We are open about why we do things. We are honest about our thoughts and feelings. We give kudos and constructive criticism generously. We ask tough questions and provide real answers. We thrive on proactively providing and seeking out insightful and constructive feedback.
#Ownership - Individuals step up to solve problems and make things happen. They lead without being asked, or tasked, to do so. They define strategies, gain consensus, marshal resources, and deliver. Every team member “owns” the success practice.
#Integrity - We are honest and act with integrity. We look out for the welfare and success of others. We strive to be consistent and coherent in our actions, and commit to operate against common goals without hidden or conflicting agendas.
#Clarity - Knowing what’s expected of you is one of the two most important drivers of happiness in your job. It also helps achieve great outcomes. We strive to understand and communicate clearly what we’re trying to accomplish and how we’re going to accomplish it. Fundamentally, no one on the team should ever be unclear about what’s expected, or why they’re doing it.
#Fun - We want to enjoy working together, and fun is a key part of that. We enjoy sharing jokes, tricks, games, food, music, etc. Every team member makes and enjoys the fun.
