🇪🇸 Last week we organized in Madrid a #MindfulTalk about mental health in organizations. People from different sectors (technology, healthcare, education and hospitality) could get together and analyze the factors that most affect us. And of course, we talked about tools to improve attention and focus with Amagoia Eizaguirre Garín, such as meditation. 💡 Recent studies have shown that meditation is a valuable tool for improving overall well-being in the work environment. In addition to explaining its benefits, we conducted a mindfulness practice 🧘♀️ to demystify it and encourage everyone to implement it in organizations. What a pleasure it is to be able to spread our mission like that!
