We are pleased to share our recent publication in the Journal of Chromatography A titled "Comprehensive analysis of contaminants in Brazilian infant formulas: Application of QuEChERS coupled with UHPLC-QqQ-MS/MS and suspect screening-unknown analysis by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS". The results reveal concentrations below the limit of quantification of fenitrothion, chlorpyrifos, and bifenthrin. Additionally, suspect screening and unknown analysis were conducted, revealing the presence of carbofuran in 10% of the samples. These findings will provide valuable support to national and international regulatory agencies regarding chemical contaminants in infant food.
