Brokering Solar is so much fun. Reminds of brokering energy deals. I think I am starting to get the hang of this. Oh Oh fellas, those who have not, did not answer my calls... Winter is coming... There is still time, I need installers to bid on projects. I have 17Kw system coming up in Houston area. Sales Org. (Sends bills) - CHECK Solar equipment sourcing - CHECK multiple installers bid on project - CHECK Total price sent back to sales Org. - CHECK Sales Org. to presents to customer - CHECK Approved. Let's Goooo! Difference with me, I will work through different scenarios with you, I will be available to help coach you through the sale. Yes, yes most of you, maybe 99% of you know more about solar than I do. But 99% of you do not know more about people, sales, or customer service combined than your truly. #Solar #SpitzerEnergy #GetItDone

Oregon has a thriving solar industry. High customer interest, driven in part by financial incentives and increased tax credits, has helped sustain local solar installers and even attract new businesses. Unfortunately, the strong market has also attracted a growing number of solar sales companies focused on sales, rather than customer needs. Salespeople may attempt to build credibility by claiming to work for or with local utilities or organizations like Energy Trust. They use vague language about the costs and benefits of solar energy, focusing on incentives and tax credits they claim will make installation virtually free. Discover the three misleading claims that you should be aware of before you speak to a solar sales representative. https://lnkd.in/g7RDd9t

The solar industry often gets a bad rap. Unfortunately, there are shady solar companies and sales "professionals" out there who encourage this reputation. So the question is, how do you know if a sales person is just out for a comission or if they are a true professional who knows their products and can help you gain energy security? Chris Rohaly, GAI president, has a lot to say in the matter. Check out his blog post this month as he discusses some of the tactics you should watch out for when looking at solar installers. #solarpower #solarsales #solarindustry #bewaretheshadysalesperson https://lnkd.in/gmiZU9vP
