Yesterday Team PIP took part in the Canary Wharf Contractors Fund Dragon Boat Race! 🚣♂️ Another brilliant evening full of competition & camaraderie along with beers, BBQ and great company. 🍻 It was inspiring to see so many companies coming together to raise money for the amazing charities that the fund supports. 👏 PIP came a very respectful 7th place out of 30 teams! just missing out on the top 6 final. Great effort Team!! 🙌 A huge well done to all the finalists, the competition was fierce this year! 🏆

With the Fundraising Regulator having again criticised the how two charities have used subcontractors in their fundraising efforts, it feels timely to share my most recent blog article that examines this very topic. It’s worth remembering that the use of subcontractors in fundraising isn’t inherently wrong or bad, but it does need to be approached with due consideration for how the potential risks associated with it are managed – that’s where the team at Sayer Vincent can help. #fundraising #charityfinance #fundraisingethics

** Geeky SEO post alert! ** 🤓 I'm constantly bowled over by the SEO team at Propellernet. Their track record for supporting companies through website migrations is incredible. It's always an anxious endeavour when you re-platform your site as an established business...and can go badly wrong so easily. But when you get it right (and I mean really right) you can get a huge uplift in visibility in search engines - and all the traffic and engagement it brings. Which makes the trading team super happy - whilst also pleasing the brand team (who have probably spent the last 18 months crafting a wonderful new website) Great for eCommerce brands and charities alike! Massive kudos to Dave Peiris, Randip Dhesi and the rest of the team for consistently delivering the best site migrations out there 🌟 (in case you're wondering, the red graph is Organic Search visibility data from Sistrix for a household name charity website) #SEO #SearchEngineMarketing #BrightonSEO #DigitalMarketing #eCommerce
Really great to see the improved search visibility for one of Propellernet's charity clients, after a site migration and site rebuild. Migrations are always a tense time, but they're significantly calmer when you have Randip Dhesi on your team.

Chapter Seven with Superyacht Charities has just dropped, so make your way over to our Youtube channel to see the truly great causes they support. In the meantime, here is Derek Munro taking his Quick Fire Challenge. This chapter really did fit in with Ken Hickling's narrative. Divergent Yachting is a small business operating out of a small office in the middle of 'Narnia' aka The New Forest, yet they are responsible for hundreds if not thousands of peoples jobs and livelihoods all around the world by managing only a handful of yachts. It really did make me appreciate that although it takes thousands of people to build a Superyacht it also takes thousands more to make it run efficiently and safely for the rest of its lifecycle, which could be another 50 - 100 years... #superyachts #crew #custommade #superyachtindustry Here is link to Chapter Six https://lnkd.in/erNHKewb

Turning T-Shirts into $75,000 for Wildfire Relief A few months ago, we decided to do something that would make a real impact during one of the toughest times. Through our t-shirt campaign, we raised $75,000 for the Canadian Red Cross to support wildfire relief efforts. It wasn’t just about the shirts. It was about how we structured it—leveraging a unique pre-order strategy that turned community support into a real force for good. Now, with the holidays around the corner, we’re ramping up again with our giving garments campaign. Same approach: buy something, make a difference. This season, every purchase goes beyond just the product. https://lnkd.in/gvheSXVa #FundraisingSuccess #WildfireRelief #CanadianRedCross #CommunitySupport #TshirtCampaign #PreOrderStrategy #GivingGarments #shorts
