Embracing Fear as a Tool for Growth In my role at Motherson Group’s mold tooling department, I’ve encountered moments of fear—whether it’s taking on new responsibilities, stepping into uncharted territory, or meeting the high expectations that come with the job. One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is that fear doesn’t have to be an obstacle—it can be a guide. Recently, a task that pushed me out of my comfort zone allowed me to see things from a new perspective. Instead of backing down, I used fear to fuel my determination, learning and growing every step of the way. Fear has now become my way to approach high-stakes challenges with confidence, knowing that on the other side lies opportunity and growth. After 5.3 years, the time has arrived to bid farewell to Bosch I have been blessed with good luck to work with some of the brightest minds as my colleagues who provided ample opportunity for my learning and growth. Reflecting on my journey, I realize that there's no better way I could have spent these years than being a part of Bosch’s incredible journey. In the last 5.3 years I had the opportunity to learn many things from my leaders and colleagues. I want to callout some of those learnings: * The greatest learning often occurs during life's most challenging phases. * If you are able to find one thing that you truly care about and stick to that then success will follow you eventually. * Focusing less on your weaknesses and more on your strengths usually produces better results. Treat others as you wish to be treated; respect begets respect. * Honesty is vital for building trust and fostering a safe, open environment. * In many situations, asking questions is more beneficial than giving advice. Thanks to all of my colleagues for making my time at Bosch Global Software Technologies remarkably fruitful. Amidst the highs and lows, I depart with profound contentment, a strong sense of belonging, and joy!

Interesting last line :) In India we care only about what others will think about us. So if its said it is the cheapest how can we buy it:) Also cheap in India means poor quality. Also Indians want a good bargain. Basic features at cheap price wont work. But most important is the mileage & maintainence :))) Which is why nissan has only one car in India. Which is why jeep is struggling to sell its best product in India. Which is why citreon has struggled to sell cars in India.

Wednesday saw an interesting deal from Indian auto company Samvardhana Motherson International. It's been 8 years since their last dollar bond, and in that time the company has made its way to an investment grade rating. How time flies !! 15 years ago on this day, I entered the Koramangala campus of Bosch Global Software Technologies with mixed feelings of excitement, fear and anticipation. When I joined, AUTOSAR was slowly rising in prominence and the automotive industry was smooth sailing, staring at a software enabled future. Today, the Automotive market is highly competitive with large scale disruptions like moving to Electric, Software Defined Vehicle, Ethernet as Backbone, Autonomous driving, faster development cycles to name a few. Cyber security is not a luxury anymore. Along with the technology disruptions, the new generation is not as interested in owning a car posing lifestyle challenges. Challenges are plenty but with commitment and strong conviction, there is always a way. Life is not all work, I made some good friends along the way who have gone on to pursue different paths. I, myself, carving my own. I moved from BGSW but working with ETAS , I am still part of the Bosch family. Today marks my 15th Job Anniversary! I thank the Almighty for the awesome career, my family for the pillar of support they have been, all my dear colleagues, friends, managers, peers whom I have worked with. Time is a concept whose definition can vary from person to person and from one moment of life to another. Some may say, "Time is money," while others remark, "Time flies," and its interpretation can differ greatly. Today, when I opened my mailbox, I received a pleasant message and surprise, marking twenty-one years since I joined Schaeffler. From being a 15-year-old apprentice to where I am now, much has changed in my life. Now, I am Husband, a Girl's Dad, and a contributor to the company. So, today, I define time as #experience!
