How do we want to Eat Tomorrow? This question should be answered by consumers, scientists, foodies and innovators collectively. It is the question about what we consider important when choosing our food, feasting, eating, or purely getting energy into our bodies. Our overarching goal is to support a sustainable food system that benefits both the health of individuals and the health of the planet. In doing so, we recognize the need to bridge technological innovations with societal values. Today Rens van der Vorst from Fontys ICT gave an introduction for our #MoralFoodGame project group team with Chantal Vogt from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Cyril Litjens and Michael Bergman from FELIXprinters, Raffaela Schreurs from NGN - New Generation Nutrition (also in the team: Alie de Boer from Maastricht University Campus Venlo and @peter Welters from Phytowelt GreenTechnologies GmbH, Shannon den Engelsman).
