Doubt visits everyone. Fear only wins if you let it. It’s easy to look at top performers & think they don’t feel: - Self-doubt - Anxiety - Fear Like they’ve cracked it on avoiding these feelings. But here’s the truth: they feel it too. Everyone does. We’re all human. And even the best struggle to keep their mindset strong. And that’s ok. Take Lewis Hamilton, 8-time world champion, who shared a few months back: “There were so many thoughts and doubts in my mind along the way to the point, at times, I wanted to not continue.” Hearing this resonated with me. Even at the top, doubt creeps in. I’ve felt it myself a lot but especially in the last few weeks since going all in on my own.
