🌟 "I didn’t know myself well enough to know what to do with my day." 🌟 This was something I heard on a podcast recently, and it struck a chord—because I’ve been there before. I remember what it felt like to not know what goals to pursue, what steps to take, or if my dreams were even possible. Before I started my business in 2013, I spent years in the medical profession, making career choices from a logical, disconnected place. I thought it was the "right" path, but deep down, it wasn’t aligned with who I am. It was uncomfortable, and finding my calling wasn’t an overnight transformation. It was a process of self-discovery, blind faith, and taking imperfect action. But here’s the key: I found alignment, and learned that imperfect action is still action—it’s what moves us forward. If you’re in that place now—feeling stuck, unsure of what you want, or struggling to take steps toward your dreams—I want you to know you’re not alone. I understand that feeling because I’ve lived it, and I know it’s possible to break through. That’s why I’m considering putting together a complimentary support group where together, we can share experiences, find clarity, and take those steps forward—one imperfect action at a time. If this resonates with you and you’d like to be a part of it, feel free to send me a private message. 💛 We all deserve to live in alignment with our purpose—and I know you can! #AlignmentJourney #ImperfectAction #DiscoverYourCalling #SupportGroup #PurposeDrivenLife #TakeTheNextStep #ClarityAndAction #YouAreNotAlone

In many social interactions, people may struggle to effectively validate others and it often stems from a lack of understanding about the importance of validation. Without proper awareness, individuals may respond with invalidating statements or silence, leaving the person seeking support feeling unheard and unsupported. When Less is More: The Power of Small Steps💪🏼 As the year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the goals I’ve achieved and, honestly, the ones that felt overwhelming and never got tackled. It’s made me realize how often I’ve created long to-do lists, packed with ambitious tasks, only to feel like I fell short when I didn’t complete everything I thought I needed to. Recently, I listened to the No Stupid Questions podcast episode, Why Are We So Pessimistic?, and it shifted my perspective on goal-setting. Instead of overwhelming myself with big to-do lists, focusing on small, actionable steps can lead to more meaningful progress. For 2025, I’ve promised myself to embrace a new mindset: ✔️ Celebrate the small accomplishments ✔️ Break down overwhelming goals into manageable tasks ✔️ Practice gratitude daily, even for the little things If you’re interested in reframing your approach to goals, I highly recommend the podcast episode—you can check it out below. Here’s to a new year filled with intentional, manageable steps forward. Let’s make progress one small win at a time!💫

🚨 New Episode Alert! 🚨 This week on 4-Quarter Lives, I’m delighted to speak with Carl Honoré, acclaimed author and journalist, about the power of slowing down, ageing, and embracing life transitions. Carl, author of Bolder: How to Age Better and Feel Better about Ageing and In Praise of Slow, shares his personal journey of self-therapy through his writing. We dive into how slowing down at any age — whether in mid-life or later — helps deepen our relationships, supports better health choices, and leads to more thoughtful reflection. We also discuss the growing cultural shift towards positive portrayals of ageing, from fashion to TV, and how important it is for us to keep pushing for more authentic representation. Carl offers a refreshing perspective, likening ageing to reaching a new level in a game — with both new challenges and new rewards. #Ageing #SlowLiving #LifeTransitions #AgeTech #PersonalGrowth #MindfulLiving #4QuarterLives #SlowingDown #PositiveAgeing

Over the past three years, I've come to learn that healing is so much more than physical... When we see ourselves as just a body with symptoms to treat, we miss a huge opportunity to change our health, and our lives, in a much bigger way. Some of you may have seen The Heal Documentary. When I watched it years ago I thought - 'oh, how cool', and went on my way. But I've since learned about the science behind it, and witnessed some pretty miraculous physical outcomes from approaches that take emotional and spiritual well-being into account. Human Design was one of the modalities that gave me permission to live as the person I truly am. It had very broad reaching effects in my life and empowered me to make changes that helped resolve two chronic health conditions that affected me for decades. So I thought I'd share an interview that combines these topics, an inspirational conversation between Kelly Gores and Emma Dunwoody (one of my human design mentors, and PR client). Emma, a behavioral specialist of 20+ years, found her own healing through embracing her authenticity and purpose. I think you'll find her story enlightening and inspirational. If this resonates, have a listen and I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences! #life #humandesign #entrepreneurship #leadership #PR #health #healing #futurism #personaldevelopment #inspiration
