**NEW SHOWREEL**
Elliot Kay is one of the only speakers in the UK specializing in the 12 Archetypes framework—a transformative model that helps CEOs, senior executives, and high-level communicators elevate their messaging, connect authentically with audiences, and lead with impact. This approach aligns communication styles with universal human motivations, creating a powerful foundation for memorable and effective leadership.
In his new showreel, you’ll see highlights of his work with top communicators, where he guides leaders through the practical application of the 12 Archetypes, helping them:
Harness Their Signature Archetype: Identify the archetype that aligns with their unique leadership style, allowing them to communicate with authenticity and consistency.
Build Presence and Influence: Go beyond traditional speaking techniques to form genuine, lasting connections with any audience—whether they’re presenting to a team or a global audience.
Craft Resonant, Actionable Messages: Simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that resonate with stakeholders and drive results.
Engage with Confidence and Authenticity: Use archetype-driven communication to inspire trust, manage diverse audiences, and influence with authority.
The 12 Archetypes framework adds a new dimension to leadership communication, and it’s a differentiator that makes my approach stand out in the speaking market. This model has been transformative for executives who need to communicate effectively in high-stakes environments, and it’s something few speakers in the UK are currently offering.
