So, of the few players in the space and the looming Meta version that may (or may not) come.... these guys have the form factor dialed in the most. Feels like if they can introduce frame options to meet a person's sense of style, they can truly launch the market. Full color displays are inevitable, but form factor seems to be the real dam holding back the adoption. Beyond that, loyalty might be the other thing holding back purchase. I know I havent bought, bc Im scared to see an even BETTER version hit the market in 6mos. Trade in program (like mobile phones) could help!! Industry looking, I'd love to see how we can connect this device to innovative ecom platforms like BigCommerce, Shopify, or maybe the play is Feedonomics? But there is value in the Showrooming experience as folks window shop. Having the app be a turn key config inside the platforms would be a solid way to demonstrate that future outlook.

Virtual production is a really powerful tool for commercial production. Comparing to old days commercial shootings I can tell that less time spent as well as less creative limitations experienced during the process. Now we see in our practice often when significant amount of commercial/ad shot in the LED Virtual studio exclusively, sometimes edited and approved on the set. This shift in production paradigm is what we as industry need for agencies and client’s creative departments to implement fully. In order to make a VP just another “tool in the box” for all filmmakers and video producers.

People often take pictures of products at trade shows for several reasons: Documentation: To keep a record of interesting products they find for future reference. Comparison: To compare different products and features later. Sharing: To share with colleagues or on social media to show interesting finds or potential purchases. Information: To capture product details, brand information, and contact details for follow-up. In this case, the product being photographed might have caught the attention due to its innovative design, functionality, or relevance to the observer's interests or needs. Does #Luxottica own all glasses? Luxottica is the largest manufacturer/distributor of optical frames in the world . They own many sunglass lines because that is what they do. They either buy up existing companies or expand on existing licenses they already have for ophthalmic frames or acquire the rights for new lines from the design houses. Design houses like D & G aren’t in the frame making business so they license a huge company like Luxottica who have all the manufacturing facilities and an excellent distribution network already in place and can guaranty success. So, Luxottica approaches design houses to get their licensing rights or the design houses approach THEM with an offer to make their stuff for them. Once you are big , you attract more customers because you are a proven success. That is how Luxottica owns or has licenses for so many brands.
