I am always in good mood, and smiling as much as possible, this does not cost anything👏 In my prior job I was asked how I would deal with the challenge to start up from zero in the Nordic market, and I put my Strategy on the table, my boss was stunned as no one in the company had ever showed him such one up front. So you get a employee that makes a thorough investigation and gets to know the circumstances under which he has to work and bring value to the company. The same effort I put in my plan for visits at Customers if this is part of the job, and I always make a resume of the meetings to ensure that there will be followed up on the things that was agreed between Customer and Me. These are always saved together with the basic Customer data on Shared Drive that all can access. If Management of employees are part of my job, I also put in all the effort to get to know my Staff, what are the strength and what are the weakness of each employee and the Team in all. I have a strong believe in that We all perform the best we can, and with a little guidance we perform even better and I dont care if it is the one or the other in the Team that closes the deal, just we get it done, and in the right way and in time. It is not so that we all perform in the same convincing way, some are better to listen and others are better to the verbal conversation, but together we play music as a band in full harmony. 🚨 Beware of Misleading "We Are Hiring" Posts 🚨 Hi everyone, I wanted to share something I’ve noticed on LinkedIn lately. There are many posts saying “We are hiring” and asking people to comment “I am interested.” While this might seem like a simple way to apply, it’s often just an old trick to gain traction for their posts. Here are some things to keep in mind: 1️⃣ How many of these posts are genuinely hiring? Always verify before engaging. A legitimate recruiter will usually provide proper details or a formal application link. 2️⃣ Avoid sharing sensitive information publicly: If a post asks you to leave your email or phone number in the comments, think twice. While it might not directly lead to scams, it exposes your data to telemarketers, email spammers, and potential misuse. To all genuine recruiters out there: Please consider using secure methods like Google Forms or a dedicated application process. It’s a small step that shows respect for candidates’ privacy and builds trust. For everyone else, let’s be cautious and informed. If you’re not sure about the legitimacy of a post, double-check before engaging. Your data and time are valuable. Stay safe and good luck with your job search! 😊

A strong candidate but no feedback or request to interview? 🤔 Searching for candidates for 2 very specific requirements for software developers, spot someone whose industry experience is very relevant, although not a perfect technical match for the 2 requirements. When interest in working at the company has been confirmed, his details are submitted to the Talent Acquisition manager. After nearly 2 months of frequent reminders about the application the first stage interview is arranged, and within days the process is completed and an offer made and accepted. Having someone in a candidate’s corner can make all the difference 🚀
