I'm left wondering whether the call was intentionally ended because, in any other situation, I would expect at least a courtesy call back. Now, tomorrow is **October 2nd**, a **national holiday**, and I have serious doubts about whether my issue will be resolved then either. This means I will likely be going **4 days in a row without internet**, which is beyond unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that **Airtel didn’t take this long to set up my internet connection when I first subscribed**, but fixing an issue is taking far longer. The lack of accountability, customer care, and basic service delivery is absolutely infuriating. I requested a static IP address for my broadband connection yesterday, and since then, it's been a nightmare dealing with Airtel's so-called "service." Your engineers, Vijay Kumar and Irshad, had the audacity to ask for the "Happy Code" before even completing the task. This is nothing but a blatant misuse of customer trust. My dedicated relationship manager assured me the issue would be resolved in 3 hours, but here I am, waiting till 6 PM with ZERO progress. To top it off, your customer care put me on hold for over an hour with no response. I even lodged a complaint against Vijay Kumar for his unprofessional behavior, but no action has been taken. This same engineer had the nerve to misbehave with me, which is completely unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer time and trust is absolutely unacceptable. #Utter_Disappointment_with_Airtel I’ve been an Airtel customer for years, but the experience I've faced in the last 15 days has been absolutely infuriating. Despite recharging my number on 20th August, I am #still_unable_to_make_any_calls, and all I receive is a message stating: #Service_Temporarily_Suspended." Why has my service been suspended? I’ve tried to contact customer care #multiple_times, but the IVR system makes it impossible to speak to an agent or get any help. This is #unacceptable for a company that prides itself on being a leading telecom provider. What about my recharge value? My entire plan, #Money Waisted because of this technical error. I demand that my service be reactivated immediately and that my recharge plan be **reset from the date of resolution**. Is this how #Airtel_operates? By taking money and providing no service? I rely on my phone for work, and such negligence is highly unprofessional. #Airtel, I expect immediate action on this. This needs to be fixed now. 🚨 Thinking about getting airtel Broadband? 🚨 DON’T! I’ve been dealing with frequent disconnections for over 15 days now. Every day I raise complaints, and Airtel’s response? The same old “24 hours” promise with ZERO results. The issue just fixes itself for a few hours, only to come back later. Meanwhile, I'm left without a proper connection despite paying full price. 🙂 When you try to reach customer care, they’ll keep you on hold, give you the runaround, and avoid resolving the issue. And when it comes to cancelling the service? Forget about it! You can't do it via the app, and the support team just avoids it completely. According to your mobile app, this issue was supposed to be resolved by 5 PM on the same day. However, it has been over three days, and the problem remains unresolved. Despite making more than 21 calls to your customer support team and receiving repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, no progress has been made. This lack of action and the continued disruption to my work and daily life is completely unacceptable. The failure to address this issue promptly and effectively indicates a serious lapse in service quality and customer care. I'm just wondering about some recent experiences with mobile services. even after being a loyal customer of Airtel/reliance for more than 6 years, they persuade the customers as they intend to block incoming after week if it is not recharged within a week per se. I find it creates mental pressure and psychological slavery to some extent. no doubt customers are vital for cash flow but it needs introspection for customer care. Dear airtel, I booked a broadband connection for installation at my flat, and it has been more than 24 hours without the connection being installed. I contacted the representative who booked my connection, and he assured me that the connection would be installed soon, stating that the setup box is already available in front of my house, making the process straightforward. However, a few hours ago, your technician visited my place and could not locate the setup box needed to complete the installation. This contradicts what your representative, Nem Singh, previously informed me. Following this, I contacted another team member who informed me that there are insufficient ports in the area, and it will take additional time to expand the availability. Despite my multiple calls to your booking agent requesting either resolution or cancellation of my request with a refund, no action has been taken. Furthermore, when I spoke to your customer care team, I was repeatedly asked about terms and conditions, which were never mentioned by your agent during the initial booking process. It's unacceptable that only when issues arise, your team brings up such terms, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. I feel harassed by the lack of action and conflicting information, and I request that appropriate action be taken immediately. If your team is unable to resolve this, please let me know at once so that I can move forward without further wasting my time. Dear airtel Airtel Broadband I am deeply disappointed with the lack of action regarding my connection shifting request. Despite numerous assurances from your team, my issue remains unresolved. Each time I reach out, I am given a different timeline - 6 hours, 3 hours, 72 hours - but the problem persists. The delay in shifting my connection is severely impacting my office work, causing significant disruption. I cannot continue to tolerate this level of service. Who will compensate for the losses incurred due to this negligence? I initiated the connection shifting request on 29th April, and today is 4th May. It is unacceptable that the issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Your agents' false commitments and lack of assistance are highly frustrating. If my connection not shift within 1 hour kindly I request immediate cancellation of my connection and a full refund of my plan. Dear airtel team, I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic level of customer service I have received. My home WiFi has been down for the past 48 hours, and despite multiple attempts to get it resolved, there has been absolutely no progress. I’ve reached out to customer support numerous times through the mobile app, and each time, the call is picked up by local representatives who give the same response: "someone will visit." However, it's been two days, and no technician has shown up. To make matters worse, when I asked for a complaint number or reference to track the issue, the call was abruptly disconnected. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when so many people, like myself, rely on a stable internet connection to work from home. How do you expect people to manage their jobs or daily tasks without a reliable WiFi connection for 48 hours, and still not offer any real solution or update? The lack of accountability and urgency in resolving this matter is beyond frustrating. I expect an immediate resolution and a proper explanation for this poor service.
