Dear airtel Airtel Broadband I am deeply disappointed with the lack of action regarding my connection shifting request. Despite numerous assurances from your team, my issue remains unresolved. Each time I reach out, I am given a different timeline - 6 hours, 3 hours, 72 hours - but the problem persists. The delay in shifting my connection is severely impacting my office work, causing significant disruption. I cannot continue to tolerate this level of service. Who will compensate for the losses incurred due to this negligence? I initiated the connection shifting request on 29th April, and today is 4th May. It is unacceptable that the issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Your agents' false commitments and lack of assistance are highly frustrating. If my connection not shift within 1 hour kindly I request immediate cancellation of my connection and a full refund of my plan.
