Is the #Children's Day celebration only for the kids? As 14th November, 2024 i.e. Children's Day comes to an end, one question arises in my mind. Is this day only to be celebrated by #Children? If so, what makes them so special? The answer is very simple. Their pure raw #energy, their #curiosity, the lens with which they #observe the world around them, the way they #comprehend and #understand the things around them, build their own #hypothesis, #experiment, #make mistakes with any guilty conscience, #learn, #unlearn, and #relearn, is what makes children so special. But, are these qualities that make children so special supposed to just vanish as they grow up. Are they supposed to become such #practical decision makers, that they lose some of these special qualities? According to me, the answer is #NO. Never lose these qualities that make us all so special when we were kids ourselves. Lets keep celebrating the #spirit of childhood today, tomorrow, and always. To the #inner child within everyone, a very #HappyChildrenDay.

𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞...𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠🥰 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 – 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄! Life’s greatest lessons often start with a small mistake. Whether it’s spilled milk, a lopsided drawing, or forgetting a promise, these “messes” are opportunities for children to learn responsibility, problem-solving, and resilience. As parents, mentors, or educators, our role isn’t to prevent every mistake but to guide them through the process of understanding and fixing it. By doing so, we help them develop integrity and inner strength – qualities that will serve them for a lifetime. Mistakes aren’t failures; they’re stepping stones. Let’s give kids the freedom to explore, err, and grow stronger through the process. After all, isn’t the beauty of childhood found in the messes that lead to masterpieces? #Parenting #GrowthMindset #KidsLearning #IntegrityDevelopment

A Walk Down Memory Lane: Teacher’s Day Special Revisiting the sweet—or sometimes bittersweet—memories from our school days often brings a wave of positive nostalgia. While we fondly remember the fun times and adventures, another aspect of our schooling instantly comes to mind: our teachers! Imagine the joy of meeting one of your teachers after years of passing school. Even if it’s a teacher who once punished you, the happiness and nostalgia of reconnecting remain. Whether it was the teacher we couldn’t wait to share our A+ test score with, the one we offered a special chocolate for our birthday treat, or the one whose lectures felt like lullabies, these memories form a big part of our school experience. School was more than just a place for learning and socializing—teachers played a crucial role in shaping our journey, in ways we might not have fully appreciated back then. Wearing many hats, from correcting our errors to cheering our successes, from sternly guiding us to patiently answering our questions, teachers hold a special place in our hearts. Reflecting on the countless ways they influenced us, it’s clear that their impact extends far beyond the classroom. Whether through gentle encouragement or simplifying complex lessons, they’ve been vital in molding who we are today. Just as every pencil needs a sharpener, every student needs guidance to reach their full potential. On this special day, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for continuously sharpening and shaping young minds with your wisdom and care. Wishing you all a very Happy Teacher’s Day! #NELTAS #Education #HappyTeachersDay #TeachersDay #TeacherAppreciation #ThankATeacher #Teacher #Students #Gratitude #RoleModel #Inspiration #Nostalgia

**The Power of Persistence: Lessons We Learn from Children** Watching kids in action is truly inspiring. It's about showing up every day and giving their best. Children remind us that the journey is more important than the destination. They don’t obsess over competition or results. Instead, they focus on improving their skills, staying disciplined, and enjoying the process. Their enthusiasm and determination shine through every step, even when they stumble. As professionals, we often get caught up in achieving results, thinking only about the "win." But kids teach us that true growth happens when we stay committed to the process—putting in the effort, learning from mistakes, and becoming better at what we do. The competition isn't with others; it’s with our previous selves. So, let’s take a leaf from their book. Whether it’s in our careers or personal lives, let’s show up, stay focused, and enjoy the journey. The results will follow. #LifeLessons #Perseverance #ChildlikeWonder #KeepShowingUp

🌟 Empower Children with Truth🌟 "One of the most powerful truths we can offer our children is the knowledge that we’re all learning. None of us have arrived; we all have room to grow. This frees our kids from expecting perfection from themselves—or anyone else—because they know that life is a journey from day one." - Erica Layne As parents and educators, let's embrace the journey of growth and learning. By doing so, we set a powerful example for our children, showing them that perfection isn't the goal—continuous learning and improvement are. 💫 #Parenting #Teaching #GrowthMindset #LifeJourney #EricaLayneQuotes

What is that one life lesson you want to pass on to your children? Here are some core beliefs I want them to hold close as they grow up: ✅ Life will have ups and downs, and it's important to be resilient. I teach my children not to break down over setbacks. ✅ Marks and awards aren’t everything. The habit of showing up, working hard, and building good habits matters so much more. ✅ I believe that waiting builds character. As a child, I remember waiting for weeks just to get a new geometry box. I want my children to know that true joy is often worth the wait. ✅ Last but not least – I want my children to learn, relearn and unlearn throughout their lives. Knowledge and education will help them till their last breath. Because பெறுமவற்றுள் யாமறிவது இல்லை அறிவறிந்த மக்கட்பேறு அல்ல பிற. 👉 Meaning: I see no blessing greater than the wealth of a wise and knowledgeable child. If you're a parent, what is that one lesson you would pass on to your children? #parenting #lessons #children

To my students, parents, and fellow teachers, I often reflect on what truly matters in life - and every time, the answer leads me back to you. You’ve been the heart and soul of this journey. From the eager eyes of students discovering something new, to the heartfelt conversations with parents trusting me with their child’s learning, to the support of fellow teachers sharing the same passion for education, you’ve all been my greatest teachers. It’s not the milestones or achievements that stay with me. It’s the little things. The shy smile of a student who just mastered something they thought was impossible. The pride in a parent’s eyes when they see their child growing in confidence. The nod of understanding from a teacher who knows exactly how challenging and rewarding this journey is. These moments remind me why I started and why I keep going. They fill my heart with a quiet purpose that words often can’t capture. So, thank you. For trusting me, for teaching me, and for letting me be a small part of your journey. Together, we’re building something that goes far beyond classrooms or careers. We’re building dreams, resilience, and hope. Here’s to continuing this beautiful journey - one smile, one lesson, one dream at a time. 💫 With all my heart, Vikipaa ❤️ #Gratitude #TeacherLife #Inspiration #StudentJourney #EducationMatters #LifeLessons #BuildingDreams #PurposeDriven #Mentorship #EmpoweringOthers #TeachingWithHeart #ThankYou #PositiveImpact #GrowthJourney #Resilience #Hope #LifeChangingMoments #TeachersOfLinkedIn

As parents, we all want our children to succeed. But have you ever wondered if all this pressure might be doing more harm than good? Jennifer Breheny Wallace, author of "Never Enough," highlights a concerning trend where kids feel a burden to replicate their parents' success. This pressure can be overwhelming, leading to anxiety and a fear of failure. At Early Steps Academy, we believe in putting #confidence first. We support and encourage kids to pursue their own interests, whatever they may be. It's not about fitting a mold; it's about finding joy and fulfillment in what they do. #Success can look different for every child. It might be in the arts, sports, science, or something entirely unique. The important thing is to let them explore and grow in areas they are #passionate about. Let's reject the idea that there's only one way to succeed. By nurturing a child's individual interests and strengths, we help them build confidence and #resilience. We remind kids that it's what they do with their time, not where they spend it, that truly matters. Let's support our children in finding their own way, free from undue pressure and full of confidence. 🚀✨
