South Asian Heritage Month (SAHM) recently announced this year's theme 'free to be me'. Lots of companies across the UK will be marking SAHM this year and might already be in planning mode (SAHM runs from July 18 - Aug 17). Did you know that there is a Love Your Company deck specifically for those who identify as South Asian? Each prompt offers the opportunity to share your lived experiences, reflections, family life and stories 🤝🏽 South Asia is made up of many different countries, cultures, faiths and traditions and it's important to give everyone the chance to educate others and share their personal stories. So this post is for those involved in employee resource groups and networks that celebrate South Asian heritage, and also for people/teams who are interested in learning from their colleagues.
