Hunger, craving, food-focus... What's the difference, why do you care? Last week's podcast delved into this topic. Knowing the difference between hunger and cravings is a gamechanger. It's not just about willpower. It's about actually checking in by asking a simple question: "Am I hungry for 'x' healthy food?" (beef/broccoli/plain Greek yogurt and berries).
