One of the often overlooked consequences of a cost-of-living crisis is the impact on charities. When people have less, they have less to give. There are 27,000 registered charities in Aotearoa, many of which provide life-changing services to our society's most vulnerable. Performance Leader's Feedback for Good program sees us donate up to 2.5% of our software licence fees back to three charities nominated by the client. It's really simple idea: every time someone provides real-time feedback to a colleague using our fast feedback platform, they get to drop a virtual token into one of three charity buckets. At the end of the year, we donate to the three charities, in proportion to the allocated tokens. (A bit like buying a burger at Grill'd or shopping at Waitrose, except our clients choose their charities). BSIA members MAN COMMERCIAL PROTECTION LIMITED has raised over £20,000 to be shared primarily across three Midlands charities who help seriously ill children, families and people with mental health issues.
