🥦🧀 Loaded Broccoli Casserole 🧀🥦 Ingredients: 🥦 8 cups broccoli florets 🥓 8 slices bacon, chopped 🧅 1 cup onion, chopped 🍲 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup 🥄 1 cup sour cream 🧄 ½ tsp garlic powder 🧂 ½ tsp salt + ¼ tsp pepper 🧀 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 🍪 30 buttery crackers, crushed 🧈 2 tbsp butter, melted Directions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish. 2️⃣ Blanch broccoli: Boil for 1 minute, then drain and rinse with cold water. 3️⃣ Cook bacon & onions: Fry bacon until crispy, set aside. In the same pan, cook onions until tender. 4️⃣ Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add broccoli, bacon, onions, and cheese. Mix well. 5️⃣ Assemble casserole: Spread mixture in the dish. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top. 6️⃣ Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden. BACON(KLEINHANS OFCOURSE) AND MIELIE (CORN) BREAD Makes 1 standard loaf size 250g bacon(Kleinhans) diced 2.5 (625ml) cups all purpose (cake) flour 2tsp (10ml) baking powder 1tbsn (15ml) sugar 1tsp (5ml) salt 4 large eggs 1/2 cup (125ml) butter, melted 1 cup (250ml) milk 1 tin (410g) whole corn kernels (drained) 1/2 tin (about 200g) cream style sweetcorn 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated Pre-heat the oven to 170°c and grease a standard size loaf tin. Fry the chopped bacon in a very hot pan until slightly crisp. Drain off any excess fat and set aside. Meanwhile, sift all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Beat together the eggs, butter and milk and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the corn and bacon and pour into the prepared loaf tin. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the loaf and place into the oven. Bake for 60-75 minutes until the loaf is golden brown and a skewer inserted comes out clean. If the loaf is browning too fast, turn the heat down. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down for 5 minutes before removing from the tray.

Grease a large baking dish with butter. Mix brown sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Layer about 1/3 of the apples in the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with 1/3 of the sugar mixture. Repeat layers twice more. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft, foamy peaks form. 4. In a separate bowl, combine 85g/3 oz. cubed cream cheese and egg yolks and beat until pale yellow. 5. Fold the egg whites into the yolks gently, half at a time. 6. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the keto cloud bread batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This recipe yields 6 large keto cloud bread loaves. 7. Press a spatula gently on the tops of the keto cloud bread to form squares. Get those sleeves rolled up and let’s dig in 👇 Ingredients You'll Need: • 500g strong bread flour • 75g caster sugar • 2 tsp mixed spice powder • 1 tsp cinnamon • 10g salt • 15g fast-action yeast • 300ml warm milk • 1 egg, beaten • 75g sultanas • 50g mixed peel • Zest of 1 orange • 50g melted butter For the Cross: • 75g plain flour • Enough water to make a thick paste • Glaze (because we love that glossy finish): • 75g apricot jam Let's Bake: 1️⃣ Mix & Knead: Combine the dry ingredients, then add the warm milk, egg, and melted butter to form a dough. Knead until smooth. 2️⃣ First Rise: Let the dough rest in a warm place until it's doubled in size. 3️⃣ Add the Fun: Mix in the sultanas, mixed peel, and orange zest. Ham and Swiss Cracker Melts Ingredients: 48 Ritz crackers 8 slices deli ham 8 slices Swiss cheese 4 tablespoons melted butter Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2.
