Listen like a parrot (the good kind): Repeat key points back to them. It shows you're listening (even if they're talking about building a time machine). 3. Offer silly solutions (with a smile): Client wants a purple polka-dotted website? Suggest polka-dotted delivery pigeons too! (Don't worry, you'll talk about practicality later.) 4. Escape hatch (activated!): Feeling overwhelmed? Excuse yourself for a "superhero bathroom break" to regain composure. Remember, a smile and a little humor can go a long way.
