I find that once a potential client experiences Ketra from Lutron Electronics at our Pro-Tech Experience Center, that client is typically "back to the drawing board" to make sure Ketra can be utilized on their project. The biggest pain point here is with the decorative fixtures, Ketra has a single A20 lamp in their offering that is rather large and doesn't work in a lot of modern day decorative fixtures. But like I said...once Ketra has been experienced, sometimes it's back to the drawing board. Here is an example of a recent client that didn't want to compromise the look of the decorative fixtures they had already selected but wanted to make sure they could be custom made to fit Ketra A20's in them. Insert one of the brightest architects in the industry, Lewis from Hacker, who went back to the drawing board and put these custom A20 compatible fixtures together!!
