Proactive’s Post

Galileo MiningLtd (ASX:GAL, OTC:GLMGF) managing director Brad Underwood joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss the company’s encouraging results from its reverse circulation (RC) drilling at the Norseman Project in Western Australia. In August and September, GAL conducted 2,100 metres of drilling, targeting geophysical and geochemical anomalies. This work resulted in the discovery of #palladium and platinum-bearing sulphide mineralisation in zones near the Callisto resource. Significant results include 8 metres at 0.21 g/t 3E (palladium, platinum, gold) from 128 metres (NRC505), 20 metres at 0.18 g/t 3E from 180 metres (NRC502), and 36 metres at 0.14 g/t 3E from 128 metres (NRC501). The results support two mineralisation models: Callisto-style sulphide mineralisation and mineralisation at the boundary between mafic and ultramafic rock units.
