Are we empowering them to develop the capacity and skill sets to be at that table? Here are the three questions I ask myself as I walk into these rooms: 1. Do I have the capacity to be at this table? 2. Is this the right table for me to be seated at? 3. When is it time to build my own table? Something to think about as we start the Week!!
