Mapping the Future: Geospatial Intelligence in Energy and Data Centers CNI designation has helped fuel demand for data centers like DC01UK but understanding the geography and local infrastructure remains a priority for stakeholders. Running at full capacity, the reported 400 MVA of power reservation from the National Grid has the potential to be 20+ times the annual consumption of London Gatwick. Integrating geospatial data to map energy access, optimise site selection, and assess environmental impact proves critical for aligning with longer term efficiency and sustainability goals. At Murphy Geospatial a Woolpert company, we’re helping power the future by providing precise geospatial intelligence for resilient, energy-efficient infrastructure, ensuring the UK maintains our positioning as a leading data centre provider within Europe. #Innovation #Geospatial #Sustainability
