When leadership fails to support or nurture creativity, it creates a culture where employees hesitate to share ideas, take risks, or innovate. This often results in stagnation, lower morale, and missed opportunities for growth. Leaders must actively encourage and reward creativity to keep teams dynamic and competitive. Here an actionable advice to Foster Creativity: ✅ Encourage Open Idea Sharing Create a safe space where all ideas are welcomed, no matter how unconventional. A non-judgmental environment fosters innovation. ✅ Reward Creativity Recognize and celebrate creative efforts, even if the results are not immediately successful. This motivates employees to keep thinking outside the box. ✅ Provide Resources Equip teams with the tools, training, and time they need to innovate. Investing in development shows that leadership values their creativity. ✅ Lead by Example Leaders who embrace creativity themselves set the tone for their teams. Show that you value experimentation and adaptability in your decision-making. Leadership plays a vital role in unlocking creativity within teams. By supporting, rewarding, and modeling innovative behaviors, leaders can create a thriving culture where new ideas drive growth and success. Looking to foster a culture of innovation? I'm constantly inspired by the amazing people in my network, and today I want to shine a light on someone who's truly revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. Meet Matthew Rassi - a Lean Manufacturing Consultant whose approach to leadership and efficiency has opened my eyes to a whole new perspective. What I love about Matthew's work: 🔹 He focuses on growing leaders, not just increasing output 🔹 His approach creates sustainable, long-term growth 🔹 He empowers teams at all levels, from the floor to the C-suite Matthew recently shared a gem of wisdom that stuck with me: "The future results, years down the road, will continue to flourish if I teach Leaders how to grow and then how to grow other leaders!" This resonates so deeply with my own experiences in business growth. It's not just about short-term gains, but building a foundation for ongoing success. Matthew, your insights are invaluable. Thank you for consistently sharing your knowledge and inspiring us all to think differently about leadership and efficiency. CEO's are the most insecure people in business. We think they have it all figured out. But the reality is often very different. ''How can they be insecure when they're so successful?'' - There is a ton of pressure on them - They have to 'set the standards' - People expect more of them - Everyone relies on them They're the leaders. But who leads them? For 1 hour a week, I sit down with Founders/CEO's. Leaders who run multi 6 & 7 figure businesses. And I coach them through: - Communicating clearly with all stakeholders. - Sharing their vision through storytelling. - Leading their teams with confidence. All while the spotlight is on them. Why doesn’t anyone talk about the real cost of leadership? Leadership isn’t about big titles or fat paychecks. It’s about giving more than you get back. And the biggest cost? Time. GEOVANNY RAGSDALE, CEO of Boys & Girls Club of the West Valley, learned this the hard way. While most leaders focus on scaling companies, she focuses on scaling *people*. Here’s what most folks miss: You don’t just lead your team—you invest in them. And that investment takes years to compound. Imagine if you knew in your 20s what you know now? Geovanny teaches her team to do exactly that. Want to pass on the lessons you’ve learned? Start investing in your team’s future, today. 1. Teach them how to think long-term. 2. Share your mistakes—cut their learning curve in half. 3. Make them prioritize work-life balance early on. The best part? You don’t have to wait decades to see the impact. Your leadership legacy starts now. Curious how Geovanny leads her team to success? Tune in to today’s episode of Hart & Hustle down in the comments for actionable insights you can apply today.

Have you read this book? ("Start With Why" by Simon Sinek) It talks about the Golden Ratio - have you heard of it? I like that it talks about how great leaders inspire people to act - vs. being swayed or manipulated or forced. Inspire by giving people a sense of purpose or belonging. It all starts with WHY. WHY do we do what we do? What's our purpose, belief, reason? Do you know why you do what you do? I feel called to come alongside business owners/visionaries and help them reduce their stress and frustration by removing barriers, increasing clarity and focus, team morale and productivity. Share your WHY in the comments!
