Voting in elections is a privilege and is reserved for citizens of their respective city, county, state, and country. As a business owner getting neck deep in politics can be risky as we have seen in the news how some people are impacted by the government and government agencies. I learned some more about the illigal immigration situation. I thought it was just to increase the number of congressional representatives and federal monies distribution, but it also affects the ELECTORAL COLLEGE, which is how the President is elected. The number of Electoral Delegates per state is equal to the number of Congressional Representatives in a given state (per USA.Gov - Who is in the Electoral College? Each state gets as many electors as it has members of Congress (House and Senate). Including Washington, D.C.’s three electors, there are currently 538 electors in all. Each state’s political parties choose their own slate of potential electors. Who is chosen to be an elector, how, and when varies by state.) which is based on THE POPULATION, LEGAL OR ILLEGAL , in that state.
