In my time in the SaaS industry, I’ve seen teams under pressure at the end of the quarter to explain why churn is so high. They gather last-minute feedback from CSMs, scroll through endless spreadsheets, and try to piece together the reasons—but end up with data and no clear direction. However, there are few tools in the market that embed software and apps to collect real-time feedback, uses AI to analyze sentiment, urgency, and intent, and escalates tasks immediately, you get way more than just data.
