UNICEF Day For Change December 11th of every year stands as UNICEF’s date of founding and its ‘Day for Change’ movement. Day for Change is meant to shine light and spread awareness on children's rights and well-being across the globe. Children’s rights and the protection of those rights are an integral part of UNICEF's mission. UNICEF has consistently been the voice for those who are unable to speak up for themselves all around the world. UNICEF not only shares stories to spread awareness of child rights violations, but also provides services to children in need such as child healthcare, nutrition programs, child protection (social services and justice system), violence prevention, advocacy, safe water and sanitation, and education. UNICEF is a nonprofit that is able to operate due to the funding from voluntary contributions from governments, intergovernmental organizations, foundations, private-sector, and individual contributions. Since it is the season of giving, and if you are looking for a place to give to, why not consider donating to UNICEF this holiday season. #seasonofgiving #UNICEF #childprotection #DayForChange

Our Rights, Our Future, Right Now is more than a theme for International Human Rights Day; it’s a call to action. For street children, basic human rights—like shelter, education, and protection—are not privileges. They are necessities that pave the way for a better tomorrow. Yet, millions of children remain vulnerable, their rights forgotten. We are committed to fighting for their future. By empowering these children, we’re building stronger, more equitable communities. But we can’t do this alone. Here’s how you can help: Donate to support our initiatives. Volunteer your time and skills. Advocate for their rights in your circles. Partner with us to make a real difference. Together, we can ensure that every child is seen, valued, and protected. #sccwi #streetchildren #educationforall #supportstreetchildren #everychildmatters #humanrights #internationalhumanrightsday

For Women's History Month, it is important to remember how much more work still needs to be done. Universal access to quality education should be a right for every single person. Yet, 130 million girls are still denied this fundamental right. Without access to education, children are not able to reach their full potential. The time to act is now. Brighter Children finds and funds schools in some of the most marginalized communities around the world to provide quality primary education to deserving children who would otherwise not have access. Will you help us reach more vulnerable children? If you share our vision that education is a right for all, please consider making a gift by clicking the link below. Together, we can break generational cycles of poverty for good. https://lnkd.in/gS8ujFSP #brighterchildren #womenshistorymonth #qualityeducation #access #fundraising #educationforall #humanrights

💡🏡You can give a child the gift of family today! There are over 150M children worldwide who do not have a family to call their own and statistically there are many children in your area who do not have a permanent, loving family. As a community of donors, we partner with Christian adoptive families who are welcoming children into their hearts and families through adoption. With the cost of adoption often ranging over $50,000, it's simply not possible for many families to complete the process. Will you help a child come into a loving home by giving a gift today? https://lnkd.in/eAMXMubC #christianadoption #orphansupport #supportingadoptiontogether
