What do students care about? And why are they picking your competitor's institution over yours? Here's the breakdown: 1️⃣ Location & Campus Life: Students want to see what life beyond the classroom looks like. 2️⃣ Affordability: A clear picture of affordability builds trust. 3️⃣ Support Services: Students want to know you’ll help them succeed during and after college. 4️⃣ Safety: Proactively address campus and community safety policies—it’s a top priority for families. 5️⃣ The Feeling: Students are looking for a place that feels like home. 🍎 How can we transform schools so that they nurture every child’s innate ability to learn? We’re partnering with Class 13 to pilot a bold new approach to education in South London.🎒 Class13 will work with two schools in Lambeth and Southwark over four years to demonstrate their radically equitable, anti-racist methodology. 🌱 With bold structural and cultural change we expect to see improvement in young people’s mental health, a reduction in exclusion rates, and higher staff retention and satisfaction. 🤝 The theory behind the last of these aims is that strong relationships between teachers and parents, and co-developed behaviour strategies, can reduce the stress on teachers and lead to higher retention rates that benefit the whole school community.
