At TPC Leadership, we engage in CSR because it’s the right thing to do. Acting for people and the planet is coded into our values and informs everything we do. But there’s a business case to be made for CSR too. Recently, our French office decided to plant a tree for some of TPCL’s key contacts locally and globally – a total of 130 in all. Each person received a printed document in the post, showing exactly where their tree had been planted, accompanied by a handwritten note from Managing Partner, Frédéric LHOSPIED. One of these recipients was a senior leader at Sanofi Consumer, for whom the TPCL team was due to deliver a proposal for a global leadership development program. The gift prompted him to ask about our CSR policies – what is it that we actually believe in? After a conversation about TPCL’s vision and values, he asked that we include details of our CSR policy and actions in our proposal. The result? TPCL won the tender. It wasn’t the only reason, naturally. Our pitch showcased our expertise, our experience, and our unique ways of working. But having what the client described as “clearly authentic values” was one of the deciding factors that helped them choose us over the alternatives. As a company with strong values of their own, it was important to the Sanofi Consumer’s team that we would be aligned. If you’re making the case for a stronger CSR policy, remember that doing the right thing helps you win on triple bottom line metrics: People, Planet and Profit. #CSR #TPCLeadership

My biggest takeaway from this year's Global Leadership Summit was "Freedom to Obsess." I have always been analytical, methodical, and well, frankly hyperfocused on things that matter to me, but never has anyone else viewed this is a good thing. To be fair, I was able to see why others were so easily able to focus on the negative aspects of those traits...many are unable to see beyond the surface view, observing only the outward effects like loss of sleep, or maybe even feeling a little left out while you focus on what matters so deeply. They fail to see the value in the energy you are pouring into your passion and goals because it is impossible for them to fathom the depths of the wellspring inside of you, feeding your spirit and fueling you forward. The idea that sometimes truly pain is gain. And that's ok! Because today I learned that I am not weird (ok, maybe a little) and most importantly that I am not alone. Freedom to obsess, to focus, to fuel, to drive toward what matters. That focused failure is a valuable tool. That purpose and legacy are achievable. I have a dream, to steal a phrase. I have the drive, I have a purpose, and thanks to this year's summit, I have the freedom to obsess, because it matters. You can do more. You should do more. Because people are the legacy.
Day two of the Global Leadership Summit was an immense SUCCESS!!!! Thank you to all who made it possible!!!! Lives impacted and changed!!!

Oh, look! The CEO of Quilmes is sharing the *secret sauce* for market leadership. Apparently, it involves just a sprinkle of discipline, a dash of focus, and a heaping tablespoon of constant learning. Who knew? Martín Ticinese claims that balancing these four pillars is the key to success. He’s also spilling the beans on the importance of building a brand through emotional connections with consumers. Because obviously, we've all been doing it the wrong way until now. If you're ready to elevate your leadership game with these groundbreaking revelations, check out the full post here: https://ift.tt/SLg0jHo. Enjoy the wisdom!

For a good appreciation sir, if someone does not fulfill his duty properly, he taught him how to discipline him to fulfill his duty. I believe that those who are working here, they will work from their responsibility as long as they work here.
