Black Friday is for new customers! Are you keeping an eye on your attribution window, or are you cannibalizing your existing customers? If you want incremental growth on Black Friday, you should start your awareness campaigns early. How should these campaigns be structured? Building and producing full-funnel creative concepts takes a mix of different creatives for different funnel steps! Users don’t buy on the last click! The awareness phases play a key role. It takes a lot of problem awareness, education, and solution CTAs before new customers buy from your shop. More than just a discount.
