SHOCKED Yesterday was a productive day. It was one of my close friend's birthdays. Since Mondays are usually hectic for me, I initially decided not to attend the celebration. However, one of my friends insisted on taking me along. We arrived at a well-known and luxurious hotel in Lagos around 8 p.m. Initially, I was feeling exhausted and drained. However, the conversation shifted to real estate, and I found myself engaged in a discussion with two successful and wealthy individuals. They shared their insights on how they acquired properties during Nigeria's prosperous times and how they strategically sold some of those properties to generate substantial profits. I attentively listened to their experiences and realized that their investment strategy involved identifying underdeveloped areas early on and investing before the areas experienced significant development. It became apparent that real estate was their primary investment focus. During our conversation, I introduced the concept of a buyback scheme. Surprisingly, two of them were unfamiliar with this investment strategy. What made yesterday exceptional was that two of them expressed immediate interest in the buyback scheme .We scheduled a meeting at his office where I will provide further education on the subject to his associates. Our presence in Multiple states gives me the ability to understand the Market potential of real estate in Nigeria.
