Full development of the Air Flo holding company includes our plans to launch advanced air mobility (AAM) e-vtol operations in Florida under the UrbanLink brand, which will be on a separate Part 135 (FAA) certificate. This will allow us to move passengers efficiently between focus cities in the state, and also provide transportation for local passengers- we need a longer range e-vtol - and have our sights set on Lilium and shorter range, with Eve Air Mobility.. United, Delta and now Southwest Airlines have committed to large order positions for e-vtols (Southwest has even ordered Seagliders- yes -Southwest and we also want this technology to move passengers to the Keys and up both Florida coasts. There is a need for further research on battery weight and focus on FAA certification, but this technology is coming and will continue to be improved over time. The earth is only getting warmer and the need for airlines to de-carbonize and be emission neutral will become more intense. There will eventually be a call for all short haul flights in the US to be flown by electric aircraft- Europe has gone to moving short haul passengers onto trains- so solutions are needed and soon The future is coming fast and we will not be left behind. www.lilium.com www.eveairmobility.com

A novel development here with Avolon entering a sale and leaseback LoI deal with Air New Zealand for the Beta CX300, an all electric aircraft configured for cargo. Beta is a well funded US OEM that has morphed its VTOL concept towards a more conventional take off and landing platform. In so doing it is more attractive to mainstream operators and regulators.

Some of you may know of the Airlander 10, it’s one of the largest aircraft that’s planned for production. Developed by Hybrid Air Vehicles Ltd (HAV) in partnership with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA), the Airlander 10 production line will be established in a new green aerospace manufacturing cluster in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This innovative hybrid airship is designed to offer ultra-low emissions and high fuel efficiency, making it a leader in sustainable aviation. The project is set to create over 1,000 high-value green jobs, new supply chains within the region, and £1bn+ per year of export business, reinforcing the UK's position as a global leader in aerospace innovation. The partnership between HAV and SYMCA will also offer a lot of local opportunities; with the collaboration between local educational institutions, such as the Doncaster UTC and with local strategic partners, such as the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC). ELP Newsflash 🚆✨ Handover of the next HSL Euro9000: the Arctic Rider!❄️ Another significant step in the collaboration between HSL Logistik GmbH and ELP: the fourth Euro9000 for HSL. This locomotive is named "Arctic Rider" and is dedicated to the climate theme. This fits perfectly with the hybrid Euro9000, which combines power and sustainability! It can even replace two electric locomotives, as well as (last-mile) diesel locomotives, ensuring significant CO2 and cost savings for the operator. The "Arctic Rider" follows "Jubilee Rider," "Desert Rider," and "The Bull," which are already successfully in operation for HSL Logistik! 🤝🔝 In total, HSL has ordered five new Euro9000 locomotives from ELP.
