Luxury airlines may sprinkle their approach with opulence, whereas budget carriers streamline for pragmatism. For luxury carriers, non-negotiables include: - Bespoke personalisation - Premium comfort - Exclusive benefits - Exceptional, anticipatory service from highly trained agents These elements deliver an experience that justifies the premium price tag. Ultimately, when both types of passengers receive services that align with their needs, desires, and the promises made, they are more likely to feel treated fairly.
