Occasionally, we can get blinded by the apparent luxuries in life which dragged us away from what we truly value. Being healthy, with the ability of inhaling and exhaling the fresh morning breeze. Being in good shape, fit to move around at ease. Being a loving husband/wife to our spouse. Being an amazing father/mother to our kids and making wonderful memories with them. Being an honourable son/daughter to our parents, giving them the feeling of love and be loved. Being able to deliver the best in what we do at work / school / anywhere where we're bringing value to society, passionately and in good faith, regardless of how others might perceive it differently. Being kind to others irrespective of their perceived status in society. Being a good friend and making them feeling comfortable and at ease when we're with them. Being able to know and distinguish who are the good people and friends around us and who are just mere 'users' and hang around only in good times. Being grateful to God for the good things that He has bestowed upon us and persistent in growing from His tests and challenges. Being humble even when we have an edge in anything over somebody else. If we focus on what we truly value, we'll not waste our time and energy on things that do not really matter.

Hi everyone, all around the world, breathing the same air, eating the same food provided by mother Earth. Before I ever go to my #ReFrenchYourBrain and the value and the light 🕯️ I am here to shine in this world, I would like to share this video and acknowledge we are all human after all. If we aim to extract the best within us, we will have to acknowledge there are dark parts within each of us and that we will have to deal with our demons and our past mistakes. Yet, there are also light parts within us, as past blessings, and each of us, eternal souls and children of God into temporary human vehicles, have a free choice of what we would like to do and to be during our remaining time on Earth, whether it is few hours or few decades. There is no perfect human on Earth, from Mother Teresa to Hitler, unless perfect means we accept who we truly are, with a varying proportion of light and darkness. The true blessing lies in the fact that, no matter what we call lt, God, Jesus, Mother Earth, Human or 'the great spaghetti', we are surrounded by ally forces that could help us to ELEVATE who we truly are, who we choose to be. From fairy Angel babies freshly born - and it's so sad when it happens when they leave too soon - to the longest living human on Earth, our time is finite and will end at God's agenda. No matter what happened, happen or will happen, we, each of us, deserve love and is blessed to participate to the powerful play that still goes on. What would our verse be is up to us. This post isn't aiming to be political, yet each of us have a response-ability in the collective vibration soup of this world, and absence of decision or action is a decision or action itself. And no matter what each choice we make, we will receive in return the energy we send, sooner or later. So for each human that are doing bad actions, or that are doing good actions, it might not have upfront the equivalent bonus or malus, yet it will come attached, sooner or later. Shall we love one another, oneself as much as our neighbors, and this world could be heaven for everyone. Before I go to other words in French today, the main #frenchword for the whole #MoveMber month is ÉLEVER https://lnkd.in/ezzHGts9

As the holiday season approaches, it’s easy to get caught up in the commercial frenzy. But the true spirit of the season, embodied by Santa Claus and rooted in traditions like Saint Nicholas’s acts of generosity, reminds us of something deeper: giving from the heart. Thoughtful, meaningful gestures—not just items bought on sale—create lasting memories and connections. This year, let’s refocus on what really matters. A heartfelt note, a homemade gift, or simply showing up for those we care about can make all the difference. Let’s redefine what generosity means in a world obsessed with price tags. How are you planning to give meaningfully this season?

Thankful & Transformation Thursday: Family & Friend Appreciation Day (F-FAD) 🌟✨ Today, I’m reflecting on Family & Friend Appreciation Day (F-FAD)—a practice rooted in gratitude and connection, honoring the people who bring love, care, and community into our lives. This day is also an invitation to embrace the royalty of the reframe: to hold space for both the truth of history and the possibility for transformation. We cannot ignore the genocide and stolen lands that mark this time of year in the so-called United States of America—acknowledging these truths is essential to justice and healing. Yet, in the same breath, we can choose to reframe and create traditions that honor connection, appreciation, and care for one another in ways that heal, not harm. F-FAD is a way to shift from the colonizer narrative into one of gratitude for the relationships we nurture and the communities we grow. It’s about uplifting those we hold dear while holding space for the past and actively contributing to a more equitable, inclusive future. ✨ How are you choosing to honor your relationships today? Whether it’s a heartfelt message, a shared meal, or simply a moment of reflection, let’s celebrate the bonds that sustain us while reimagining what this time of year can mean for all. Wishing you a day filled with connection, gratitude, and love. ❤️ #ThankfulThursday #TransformationThursday #FamilyAndFriendAppreciationDay #HeartCenteredLiving #RoyaltyOfTheReframe
