We're thrilled to share an inspiring case study, thanks to Kaasthamandap KLTCE, that showcases the significant impact of the ABE Endorsed KidsMBA Programme. KLTCE hosted a week-long summer bootcamp designed to immerse students in entrepreneurial education. A survey conducted before and after the bootcamp revealed an impressive 40% increase in children's understanding of business start-ups, rising from 55% to 95%. Here are some key insights from the survey: 👉 Which entrepreneurial traits were well developed through the KidsMBA Bootcamp? The top three responses were confidence, curiosity, and centralization of ideas. 👉 What other areas of work and school performance improved thanks to the KidsMBA Bootcamp? The leading improvements were in teamwork, social skills, and confidence. 👉 Would participants recommend the program to friends and family? An astounding 100% said yes! It was an incredible experience attending the latest session of the Entrepreneurship Development Program, conducted by the JECRC Incubation Centre. Our esteemed speaker, Mr. Ayush Singhal, Co-founder of CodeMate®, delivered valuable insights that left a lasting impression on me. Here’s what I took away from the session: Age Doesn’t Matter Mr. Ayush emphasized that age is just a number—it’s your mindset that truly defines your potential. Whether you’re 16 or 60, your dreams don’t have an expiry date. Success stems from passion, persistence, and a willingness to learn rather than the number of candles on your birthday cake. His words inspired me to see age as an advantage rather than a constraint, and to start chasing my dreams without hesitation. Hackathons: Beyond Just Coding He highlighted that hackathons are more than intense coding sessions. They are a space for innovation, collaboration, and challenging the limits of what's possible. Within 24-48 hours, you have the opportunity to turn ideas into reality, sharpen your skills, and connect with peers who share the same passion. Win or lose, the real reward lies in the journey, the experiences gained, and the networks built. Keep Exploring, Keep Growing Ayush sir's words on pushing boundaries resonated deeply. Košice Region Startup Ecosystem Fact Sheet 2024 | Education In 2024, we took significant steps to support entrepreneurship and innovation skills among young people! Here’s a look at our achievements in education: 👉 Published and distributed the first high school textbook focused on fostering entrepreneurship and startups among young people 👉 90% increase in high schools participating in the Innovate and Business subject 👉 Organized regular lectures and activities for students focused on creating and developing startups and essential skills 👉 Trained 50 teachers in topics related to startup development, entrepreneurial skills, and innovation as part of the innovative education 👉 Held the Founders Challenge competition, where 120 students in 32 teams collaborated with 8 mentoring companies and 12 mentors from Košice universities to develop their business ideas and top 5 teams are continuing their journey in the Startup Factory program These activities prove that fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in education is a key priority for us. That’s exactly how I felt recently at Amity University’s ICEIL 2024.  I was invited to deliver a lecture to some of the brightest young minds. Even more exhilarating? I had the honor of judging over 50+ ambitious startups at the startup expo, helping shape the future of innovation.  But the real magic of this moment lay in who invited me. Dr. Reena Singh — one of the prime names behind the event. She was my teacher, 12 years ago. Life just hit “full circle” in the most extraordinary way.  There’s a special kind of joy when someone who once molded your path now calls on you to inspire and mentor the next generation. But here’s the thing about teachers like Dr. Singh—they don’t just teach. They champion your success for life. They quietly watch from the sidelines, waiting for the right moment to nudge you forward, ensuring no dream is too far, no achievement overlooked. Here are the key takeaways that I believe are game-changers for our community and its at the core of Amplify's philosophy: 1. Inclusive Ecosystem Building: Emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion as fundamental pillars to foster innovation and entrepreneurship for all. 2. Collaborative Culture: Building strong partnerships across sectors to create a supportive network for entrepreneurs. 3. Shared Vision: Aligning stakeholders with a unified goal to drive collective impact. 4. Connected Networks: Enhancing connectivity among ecosystem builders to facilitate resource sharing and support. 5.
