At the half way point in the year, it’s important to acknowledge how far we have come, what we have learnt, what we want to let go of moving forward and what we hope to achieve in the second half of the year. The summer months also see the start of people heading off on holidays. My own comes at the end of this week (so there won’t be episodes until the end of the month now!) Holidays are a time to take a break. Make sure that you put everything you need to take a proper break in place before you go away. This can be really hard for a business owner. Use out of office. Divert important emails to a colleague. Use the time away to connect with nature. To reconnect with family. Enjoy being in the moment. When you give yourself this break you will come back fully charged and with new creative ideas that will boost your business in the second half of the year. Enjoy your summer break. Enjoy the moment! Until next time! Keep on shining and reaching for your best!

🎄 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 🎁 As the holidays approach, many of us are thinking about how we can make this time meaningful—not just for our loved ones but for ourselves, too. The truth is, running a business often leaves us pulled in every direction: 📞 Calls need answering. 📧 Emails need replies. 📝 The to-do list never ends. Even during the holidays, it can feel impossible to truly unplug. But here’s a thought: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬? ✨ The peace of knowing your business is still running smoothly, even when you step away. ✨ The ability to be fully present with the people who matter most. This isn’t just a holiday wish—it’s a reality for business owners who’ve embraced support (like outsourcing call answering to a virtual receptionist). 🔍 Q: What do you carry with you every day that can weigh as much or as little as you choose? 💡 A: Perspective. Most of my posts focus on business, but as we approach a season that can be heavy with obligations, family gatherings, and mixed emotions, I wanted to share something personal. In the video below, I share an experience from a reunion last year. I was feeling frustrated about a less-than-perfect situation, and a friend shared a question that changed my outlook. Sometimes, all it takes is asking yourself a single question to lift a bit of that weight. If the season ahead already feels overwhelming, my hope is that this video offers a helpful reminder: sometimes the answer we’re looking for is just one question away. ✨

This may be controversial, but as business owners, the holiday season isn’t just about the hustle... it's about showing genuine appreciation. This time of year can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling clients, orders, and deadlines. But it’s easy to forget what really matters: building meaningful relationships and showing gratitude. Here’s the truth: You don’t need to overdo the branding. You don’t need a million gifts. You don’t need the perfect holiday strategy. What you need is to show thoughtfulness with ONE simple gesture that lets your clients and team know they’re appreciated. Here’s how you can make that happen: 👉 Think about your clients and team—what would make their day? 👉 Ask yourself, "How can I show them I truly care?" 👉 Add a personal touch—whether it’s a handwritten note or a meaningful gift. Small acts of kindness create lasting connections. If you're ready to create stronger relationships with your clients, comment "RELATIONSHIPS" or DM us to schedule a free discovery call. Let's make this holiday season one to remember! . . . #MsBizPodcast #MsBizCoaching #BoltzLegal #BoltzMedia #BusinessStrategy

The Importance of Quality Time With Your Kids Building a business can be all-consuming. It’s so easy to get caught up in the grind, chasing growth, and solving problems, that the things that truly matter—like time with your kids—can unintentionally take a backseat. I’ll admit, I’ve been guilty of this. In the early stages and in fact the current climate, my focus was on building, achieving, and pushing forward. But as I sat in my office late one night, while my family was asleep, it hit me: What’s the point of success if I’m missing out on moments that truly matter? Moments like this one in the picture. A simple coffee and cake, stuffed animals by the window, and just being fully present with my daughter. It’s not grand gestures or extravagant plans—it’s the little things. The conversations over juice and cake. The laughter. The undistracted moments that build connection. Strategies That Have Helped Me Stay Balanced: 1️⃣ Time Blocking I plan my week with intentional “family blocks.” Just as I block time for business meetings, I block time for one-on-one moments with my kids. 2️⃣ Presence Over Perfection When I’m with my kids, I’m present. The phone goes away, the to-do list waits. Those moments are theirs, not mine. 3️⃣ Reflection At the end of each week, I ask myself: Did I show up for my family as much as I did for my business? If the answer is no, I adjust. 4️⃣ Accepting Imperfection It’s not about being perfect. Life gets messy, and I don’t always get it right. But aiming to get it right 80% of the time is far better than giving it 20%. There’s no magic formula, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: Business will always demand your time, but you’ll never regret giving that time to your kids. These moments don’t just pass—they shape memories, build bonds, and remind us what all the hard work is really for. Want to learn more about how to do this, join my LIVE worship for business owners next Wednesday evening Full details of the event are here 👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/e859dZtr #FamilyFirst #WorkLifeBalance #ParentingJourney #LeadYourself #QualityTime

Founders: Imagine you had an extra 15 hours weekly, what would you do with it? You might be thinking of: → Spending time with your kids → Spending time with your partner → Spending time for other family activities → Going on that vacation you’ve been postponing But you do not have the time → You’ve missed date nights with your partner → You’ve missed 100s of your kid's school events → You can’t even remember when you had a “ME” time You’ve tried all the time management techniques Yet, your time keeps slipping away 24 hours is no longer enough → Your kids are complaining → Your partner is complaining → Your health is deteriorating………. What if you could: 1. Get extra hours to do all you want 2. Go on that vacation you want 3. Get your tasks done in time 4. Spend time with family + 5. Grow your business Without losing yourself. It’s possible. This is exactly what I’ll be doing for 3 founders in July. → I will organize your workflow, and channel your energy into producing great results consistently Send “Time” in my DM and I’ll send over the details. ………………… Remember: Time lost, can’t be gained back.
