Do we have a lack of Junior Embedded Software Engineers in the UK? Having mainly working with the US market in 2024, there is a strong market of upcoming talent across The Atlantic, and plenty of opportunity for them. However, recently searching the UK market, there seems to be a real lack of young talent in the Embedded Software market, will this have a knock on effect on the industry in the coming years? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places....but perhaps I'm right? Are young Engineers going down a different technology path, and is there enough happening to encourage young people to enter the Embedded market in the UK.
