We go about each day without paying attention to how we feel. It could be a heated conversation with your loved one, a hard day at work or you might be angry, upset and irritated over something. If you look back at your day, you would have had moments of emotions which would be suppressed. These suppressed unprocessed pain and emotions always piles up and reacts in different ways. They lead to addictions, character flaws such as anger issues, depression, isolation etc. It is a good habit to take a step back and acknowledge how we feel at intervals during the day. “I am angry” “I am hurt” “I feel rejected” “I feel disrespected” Only if we know how we feel, we can deal with those emotions in a healthy way instead of taking it out on someone or leading to addictions I turn build our self control and character! #character #emotions #feelings #characterflaws
