My client asked, “How do I build my team?” My answer was as follows. Key questions to answer before you begin building your team: 👉🏾 What do we believe? 👉🏾 How do we express it? 👉🏾 What makes us unique? 👉🏾 What do we do really well? 👉🏾 What can we do better? 👉🏾 What is our biggest challenge? Now, my golden rule for hiring - “You’re either generating revenue or freeing me up to generate more revenue.” The most common people you need to hire first from my experience are in this order: 1. Hiring new team members can be inspiring or draining; whichever you make it to be.
