Designed to raise awareness and make inclusive practices practical and relatable, we will be at the fantastic Oswestry Memorial Hall on the 27th Feb. This event is part of a series and is designed to be experiential, allowing you to switch off from your normal work, relax and engage in the session and connect with your peers. Ideal for those leading organisations in the community or business that wish to sprinkle some of this magic back into their own workplace cultures. So why Neurodiversity and Entrepreneurship? Neurodiversity, self-employment and inclusion is an interesting topic. How do we create spaces that support those with learning difficulties or barriers to employment to set up businesses? What works? What do we need to consider? How can we do it better in our rural spaces? We'll be tapping in to our own local talent for this event, letting those with experience guide the session.
