In poultry slaughterhouses, the air chiller plays a pivotal role in ensuring food safety and product quality. After multiple processing steps, carcasses enter the air chiller to rapidly reduce their core temperature to below 4°C, effectively slowing microbial growth and preserving freshness. For facilities that opt not to use water chilling, air chillers offer significant advantages. They minimize water retention in the meat, enhancing quality, and align with sustainability goals by reducing water usage. Investing in efficient air chilling systems is essential to delivering healthier, higher-quality products to consumers. Reminder: If you will go there, always take care of your protective gear—gowns, overalls, and lab coats—along with a thick mask. The air chillers are very cold, and a little extra care goes a long way! #FoodSafety #PoultryProcessing #Slaughterhouse #Sustainability #MeatQuality #VeterinaryScience #Veterinary_Service #Quality_Control #Customers_Support

“It's just fantastic what modern technology can do. Now, I spend more time with the chickens and monitoring in the aviary.” Poultry farmer Stan Slenders is still amazed every day how well the fully automatic egg packing works. Breaking down the 10-year-old poultry house did hurt for a while, but Slenders invested in the future. Including a Bolegg Terrace aviary, Meggsius solutions and Prinzen packers, the houses are completely ready for the future 💪 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 👉 https://bit.ly/4bP2jOH #customerstory #automatedfarming #poultry

Say it with me ya'll.... Sanitation, Sanitation, Sanitation If you and your team is leaving things unchecked your only hindering your operation. Just left this office building who is dealing with house flies but they don't know why. They informed me their cleaning crew changes all the trash and they don't leave food out so they don't get it. Found this in the 1st trash container I checked. Guess what it wasnt the only one like this. When it comes to flies it is always a source issue. With all the warm weather we have had this Fall, flies are still out and about looking for food sources like this. Blow/House & Cluster Flies who are all attracted to filth or decay aside, other flies like Drain/Fruit/Phorid Flies can be living happily in your drains. Phorid Flies and Fungus Gnats can also come from your over watered potted plants, living off organic material. Larger flies like Flesh or Deer Flies are attracted to decaying bodies but also warm moving bodies like us. But can be first attracted to an area from a rotting bodies or livestock around you. If your dealing with flies, think like a bug and look for the source. Once the source is taken care of, a lot of time fly issues will self correct. #Flies #FlyReduction #SourceIssue #ThinkLikeABug #PestControl #DanTheBugMan #DanCanHomeServices

In chickens, both feed and water consumption steadily increase as a flock ages. Therefore, by knowing the feed consumed you can easily estimate the amount of water needed. #chickenfarm #chickenequipment #chickenhouse #animalsdrinker #poultryequipment #nippledrinker #feederpan #phoenixbreedingequipment
