In the spirit of giving, we’re honored to support our local community! We were so thankful for the opportunity to contribute $15,000 to the High Fives Foundation last week. With this funding, we supported their Hydrotherapy room, which provides their athletes access to an infrared sauna and cold plunge bath. #CudaChamp #HighFives

One of our final stories that we are thrilled to recap is our collaboration with the Crystal Brook community, Belgravia Leisure and Port Pirie Regional Council to make the Crystal Brook Swimming Pool more inclusive for all. First raised during a six-monthly Community Network Forum held at the pool, local residents highlighted that the existing infrastructure did not adequately meet the needs of patrons with mobility challenges, including those living with physical disabilities, frailty, chronic conditions or injuries. Belgravia Foundation, in collaboration with key stakeholders supported the application for a $10,000 grant from the 2024 Clements Gap Sustainable Community Fund which was successful. Combined with additional contributions from a dedicated local community group, accessible steps are now scheduled to be installed at the Crystal Brook Swimming Pool during the summer season. Through Belgravia Foundation's leadership and guidance, Belgravia Leisure and the Port Pirie Regional Council are planning further upgrades, including relocating a chair lift to the pool, to provide even greater accessibility. This project is a testament to what community input and teamwork can achieve, breaking down barriers for individuals with mobility challenges. We can’t wait to share with you the wonderful outcomes of implementing the accessible pool steps. Read more today at https://lnkd.in/gtbCpCQB

As our namesake, the Charles River inspires us daily — and the Head of the Charles Regatta is no exception! Here are five lessons we learned from watching this remarkable event: 1) Every crew member counts: Although the members within a boat have different responsibilities, it’s through working together that they can push towards the finish line. 2) Stand out with your brand: How could we spot our favorite teams on the water? By their eye-catching uniforms and boats. Just like in our industry, brand design matters! 3) Use your success to uplift others: Many rowers fundraise to support a charity of their choice, and their commitment made every stroke matter that much more. 4) Foster inclusivity: The Head of the Charles invites a wide range of ages and abilities to participate, and it’s through this openness that they have been able to build a strong sense of community and inclusivity. 5) Be prepared: Each rower’s performance on the river was the result of their endless hard work and dedication. Even when results aren’t immediate, daily commitment pays off. #HeadoftheCharles #HOTC #CharlesRiver

March is Brain Injury Awareness Month. Why do brain injuries get a whole month of recognition? Because traumatic brain injury contributes to more death and disability than other traumatic injuries (globally) & is viewed as a preventable injury. One such indication that prevention is possible is the decrease in emergency department visits for children with bicycle injuries between 2009-2018 (in the US). Continue to protect fellow Wisconsinites who enjoy biking as a form of recreation, transportation and leisure by donating here: https://bit.ly/3TcjRh8

🙏❤️🌈 A Heartfelt Request from Soulhaven Foundation 🌈❤️🙏 Amazing Community & Supporters, In our continuous journey to spread holistic well-being and sustainable living, we’ve encountered a unique challenge that brings us to seek your collective wisdom and networks. As many of you know, Soulhaven Foundation is the beacon of our mission to nurture holistic lifestyles for the betterment of our community and the planet. Our dream is to extend our reach and impact through a digital sanctuary that reflects our mission and values. This is where we would like your help. We wish to secure the domain Soulhaven.org to establish a dedicated online home for our non-profit endeavors. Unfortunately, our attempts to acquire this domain through conventional means have not been successful. Despite our best efforts through GoDaddy’s brokering service, we’ve been unable to establish contact with the current holder, who is associated with Sonic ISP from an earlier period of domain hosting. This domain holds immense potential for union with our existing site, Soulhaven.com. It represents a significant step forward in uniting our holistic lifestyles business with our non-profit mission under the Soulhaven banner. We believe in the power of community and the incredible network of professionals on LinkedIn. If anyone has insights, connections, or advice on how we might reach out to the owner of Soulhaven.org or if there are alternative strategies we should consider, your guidance would be invaluable. Moreover, should the current holder see this message, we are open to discussing options that could benefit both parties, including a tax-deductible donation of the domain to Soulhaven Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Together, we can make Soulhaven.org a reality, creating a space that fosters healing, growth, and holistic living for all. Thank you for any help, advice, or share you can offer to help us in this mission. Our hearts and hopes are aligned toward making a positive change, and with your help, we can make a significant stride toward that dream. May our journeys be blessed with peace, love, and rainbow light! 🙏❤️🌈🙌 Ms. Elizabeth Munoz Founder, Soulhaven Foundation 🌈 Join us in creating a haven for souls to flourish. 🌈 #SoulhavenFoundation #Healing #Unity #DomainJourney #Support #Nonprofit Sonic

If you an innovator or entrepreneur or want to make the world a better place, please note Eckhart Tolle's words below. This process is extremely democratic. It's available to us all, regardless of gender or age or culture or religion. It takes discipline and a good dose of determination, but once you are on this path, the best thing of all is that it makes life easier. But it's an individual process and happens one person at a time. My new book coming out at the end of the month will show you how. #consciousness, #innovation, #spirituality
“The awakening of human consciousness is no longer a luxury—it is a necessity for the survival of our species. It is up to each of us as individuals to embody the state of aware presence and thus rise above the egoic mind and its dysfunction. When a sufficient number of humans undergo this transformation, this will bring healing and sanity to our planet.” —Eckhart Tolle The mission of the Eckhart Tolle Foundation is to accelerate the awakening of human consciousness. We believe we can create a more peaceful and harmonious planet by changing the world from within. Through book donations, scholarships, grants and partnerships with like-minded organizations, we make Eckhart Tolle’s teachings available to communities in need-- especially those who work with youth and students, incarcerated people, hospice patients and the elderly, animals, and other vulnerable beings. Among the list of the most endangered buildings in the UK is the Former Bramcote Tennis Pavillion in Scarborough 🎾 Built in 1885, it is listed for both social and architectural interest. Described as a "charming" Arts and Crafts influenced building, it is also a "particularly good example of the bungalow-with-veranda form of sports building which epitomised the late Victorian and Edwardian period". As it has changing rooms for both sexes, the building illustrates "a particularly significant social historical aspect" of the sport. The 10 sites on the list, drawn up annually by the Victorian Society, are the ones the charity deems most in need of rescue. All are at least Grade II listed, signifying their historical or architectural importance. ⛪ An amusement park, a gothic coastal villa and a former board school have been named as some of the country's most at-risk Victorian buildings. 🚸 Their listed status means the structures are already subject to protection, but the society warned the regulations may not be enough without further action. #Yorkshire #HistoricRestoration #GradeII
