Easy to get forgotten during a success launch and easy to point fingers to if something goes wrong. In fact, without a properly designed and functional launch site, the rocket goes nowhere... With multiple complex systems needing to work perfectly for an extended period, designing a launch site is no easy task. A rocket is designed work perfectly only for a short time. A launch site is designed to work perfectly for years.
