Black Friday 2024 For many brands and businesses Q4 and seasonal peak is the most critical time of the year, Budgets, seasonal stock and scaling as 2025 loams are hugely important especially to new and scaling brands. At Linc the planning starts now, shipping in excess of 200,000 shipments in tens days takes planning and every year we aim to not only beat our last years output but also fine tune our performance so what do we plan for you may ask. Inbound stock planning Staffing levels Extended operating Hours Additional collection resource Weekend courier collections Courier equipment (cages/yorks) Customer service support Materials (label, boxes, pallets, tape) On site IT Support Not to mention Tea, Coffee (lots of it) and refreshments. Many of these we may think are basic day to day but requiring a half a million courier labels or extra vehicles in the middle of peak is not allway's easy to achieve trust me a few years ago we tried it 😀 Planning is key and we work closely with our brands and suppliers to ensure all bases are covered, I must also add in Retail and Amazon as many of our brands will also be on promo in retail throughout peak so DTC/B2B/Export and Amazon seasonal peak. I am sure it will be another exciting end to the year as allway's.
