All of this exit activity was M&A. 📌 Corporate entities spearheaded the acquisitions, comprising 67% of all acquirers. 📌 Europe continues to be the hotspot for exits. 📌 Energy, Transport, and Food & Ag. sectors dominated the exits landscape, collectively representing over 70% of the total.
