The suggestions in this article are helpful. 🙌🏾 I like to go one step further, and embrace the flexibility and levelling you can gain with asynchronous "meetings". Meetings are held to share information or make decisions, with clear rules of engagement having 'meetings' asynchronously, ... ✔︎allows flexibility for folks to engage and respond when they can and only when necessary (similar to only inviting folks who are necessary to a meeting), ✔︎the conversation is automatically minuted, ✔︎ mitigates the power dynamics in meetings where the loudest, most constant or most senior talker is listened to, ✔︎ allows you to specifically pose a question to someone or request their input using comments, ✔︎ records the decision, and maintains transparency, when it is written down the likelihood of being lost in translation is limited AND THEN, IF need be, you can have a brief (10 - 15 minute max) meeting or video call for final decision-making, as everyone will have already read the important information and be up to date on the current state of play. What Is, Must Is. helps folks implement the art of asynchronous working, enabling effective team communication and transparent decision-making. #CreativeOperations #SmallBusiness #Efficiencies #CreativeBusinessConsultant #WhatIsMustIs

I try and set a 'good, better, best' set of outcomes for mine and I need to learn how to better record and share those with participants before and after our meeting - what do you do?
