Property prices are rising and inflation now under 2% should see an active last quarter. Waiting on the budget is stalling investors and second home owners while first time buyers are flooding in and I am seeing many flats coming to multiple offer situations. If you cash buyers and looking to invest, the rental market remains extremely strong. Do have a look at this brief video market review which goes into rather more detail. https://lnkd.in/eJfs_V-v

https://lnkd.in/eXThxrdQ UK Housing Market Update - June 2024 Despite the looming general election, the UK housing market shows impressive resilience and optimism: - Buyer Confidence Soars: 85% of active buyers are confident they will purchase a property within the next three months, up from 64% in April. This marks the highest level of buyer sentiment this year. - Steady Seller Confidence: 63% of sellers believe they will sell their property within the next three months, reflecting a steady rise in confidence from 55% in December. - Quick Sales: 43% of properties were Sold Subject to Contract within 30 days, maintaining strong momentum from last year. - Positive Market Indicators: The market remains robust with more available stock and declining inflation boosting activity. There is evidently some resilience in the market at the moment, which is a testament to both buyers and sellers, navigating higher borrowing costs and economic uncertainties with optimism. #HousingMarket #RealEstate #PropertyTrends #MarketUpdate #OnTheMarket
