What Makes Us Different from Other Residential Children's Staffing Agencies? "Here are two key reasons why I believe we provide exceptional service to children’s homes: each client is supported by two dedicated back-office professionals—an Account Manager and a Recruiter. Here’s how they work to support your home:" Account Manager: Ensures a deep understanding of your home’s specific requirements, including the type of support needed for young people with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and other unique needs. Matches the right support workers to your home based on these needs. Regularly updates your home's coordinator or manager to keep the rota accurate and up-to-date. Provides hands-on training to each staff member attending your home, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the young people's needs. Recruiter: Remains fully aware of your home's current and future staffing needs. Actively engages with local staffing job boards to ensure a continuous pipeline of experienced residential support workers. Recruits with a fast turnaround, ensuring that your home is never left without the essential staff you require. To ensure the quality of service never drops, no Account Manager or Recruiter is assigned to more than three clients at a time. This allows them to maintain the focus and attention your home deserves. #childrensresidentialhomes #childrenshomeregisteredmanager #supportworkers #ofsted

Saying you won’t interview a candidate for a Care Assistant or Support Worker role because the candidate is, ‘Over qualified’ has got to be the most condescending attitude I’ve ever heard. Remove your insecurities, ego, doubts or whatever it is that’s making you say this and hire the RIGHT people with the CORRECT attitude. Do you have any idea how many people you’re putting off ever working in care again? It’s down to us to ensure the care industry AS A WHOLE, is an attractive place to work otherwise the long term effects of care recruitment will be tarnished. Hire good people. Plain and simple. #carerecuitment #retention

🌟 Find the Perfect Recruitment Partner for Social Care 🌟 Choosing the right recruitment partner for your social care needs is crucial for ensuring the best outcomes. Here are three key factors to consider: 🔍 **Experience Matters**: Look for agencies with a proven track record in the sector. Experienced partners bring invaluable insights and established networks. They understand the unique challenges and demands of children's social care roles, ensuring your team is equipped with qualified and empathetic professionals. 📚 **Industry Knowledge**: Ensure your recruitment partner has a deep understanding of the social care landscape, including regulations and current trends. Their industry expertise can make a significant difference in matching you with candidates who not only meet legal requirements but also align with your organization's values and goals. 🤝 **Client Support**: Exceptional client support is non-negotiable. A reliable recruitment partner will offer ongoing assistance, from initial consultations to post-placement follow-ups. It's often the 'small' things done with excellence that set great agencies apart from the rest. Our Results Recruiting founder and CEO Mike Logan shares 4 recruiting actions that he's observed great agencies take every day: 1️⃣ They keep focused on the value and importance of recruiting. Successful agencies understand that consistent recruitment is crucial for their mission and sustainability. 2️⃣ They work on their lines of communication in detail. Effective recruitment relies on strong communication across all agency levels for optimal placements and foster home support. 3️⃣ They pay close attention to their processes. Top agencies prioritize process adherence and fundamentals for effective and consistent recruitment outcomes. 4️⃣ They act daily to increase their visibility in the community and eliminate barriers to families coming on board. #FamilyRecruitment #FosterCare #FosterFamilyRecruitment
